Farm to Fork week
This week we are looking at the food we eat and how it gets from the farm to our fork. We started off the week by looking at whether food comes from plants or animals, and we used a Venn diagram to sort different food types.
On Tuesday we visited Pink Pig Farm where we got to meet lots of different animals! We were also able to talk to the farmers about their animal stock and how it is reared and processed to make the food we buy in the supermarkets.
