Deborah Fairlie-Community Governor
I am a new Community Governor and, as its my first time in this role, I know I have a lot to learn. I've lived in Nettleham for over 20 years so I feel I have a good understanding of how the school fits in our community. I work in the NHS as a psychologist and I hope to contribute to how the school manages safeguarding.
I started my career as a drama teacher working in primary and secondary schools in Nottinghamshire. The most enjoyable and creative responses were always from the infant and nursery children. I enjoy seeing the staff teach the curriculum so creatively, enabling every child to achieve the best they can.
