Core daily activities are listed below. These mirror what we will be teaching in school each day. If your child does some days in school, you only need to do the activities for the days they are at home please.

Additional Activities

The end of this week will signal the start of Spring in the northern hemisphere. Could you look in your garden or out of your window for signs of spring? What have changed? Can you draw your observations and perhaps label them.

Some signs of Spring:

• You may have noticed some flowers such as snowdrops, daffodils and crocuses have begun to spring up
• You may find there are more active mini beasts in your garden
• The weather has changed and we have warmer days, rain showers and longer daylight hours
• With the longer daylight hours you may also notice you have more birds and they are singing
• Migrating birds - look our for migrating birds in the sky. The winter birds are beginning to leave and the summer birds will begin to return.
