My name is Jack Darby and I’ve been a parent governor since March 2022 when my eldest son attended Nursery at the school. My role as a parent governor is to provide a viewpoint from the perspective of a parent of a child at the school. I love sport and since graduating from University I have worked in football coaching and PE teaching - predominantly with primary school aged children. I feel my experience working in lots of different schools in the USA, East London and Lincolnshire gives me a good understanding of school life and the education system, and helps me understand how we can create the best school experience for children. I have a passion for sport, psychology, wellbeing and helping people to progress. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed supporting the school so far and look forward to continuing in our mission to ensure Nettleham Infant and Nursery School continues to be a caring, creative and happy community where children thrive.
