  • Flu Vaccination Programme

    Mon 10 Oct 2016

The children in Year 1 (Mrs Cook & Ms Lodge) and Year 2 (Mr Roberts & Miss Jollands) will have a letter tonight about the National Flu Vaccination Scheme. This scheme is currently only for children in Year 1 & 2 and NOT reception. There is a consent form that needs to be completed and returned to school if you wish your child to be given the vaccination. The vaccination is a simple nasal spray which is painless and easy to administer for the majority of children. There is a leaflet attached to the letter which will provide further information.

Consent forms need to be returned to the school by 13/10/16 to allow the school nursing service to collect and then sort before coming into school to administer the vaccinations.
